Norén #3

I adore simply adore him.
I know it makes the impression if I was horrible shallow-brained but who doesn't have a little bit of celebrity crush, throw the first stone.
I think the worst thing about your idols, people you look up to or people you simply adore for any reasons is to get to know them. You picture an image which seems perfect to you and then they turn out to be normal people or even worse.

Going solo

While the big brother, Mando Diao singer Gustaf Norén, is gathering huge success with the recently aired MTV Unplugged show "Above and Beyond", Carl and Viktor Norén take a break from their band Sugarplum Fairy and are trying to hit the big time as solo artists. While Viktor exchanged the Sugarplum Fairy retropop sound for some electronic clubmusic, Carl reminds much more on the former days and surrounds himself with a mystic singer/songwriter aura. In fall he did some small gigs in Sweden and supported Johnossi during their Germany tour. Although both brothers are concentrating on their own projects at the moment, they will continue playing in a band together and plans for a 4th album are already made. Carl's debut album "Owls" will be released at the beginning of 2011 and the first single is going to be "The Anger".
